1. General

1.1This Privacy Policy sets out how MB Goka Elementa (hereinafter – Seller) collects, processes and stores personal data in the Store at www.elementa.lt and in connection with related services.
1.2Data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.3Purchases in the Store may be made by: individuals aged 18 or over; minors aged 14–18 only with parental or guardian consent; legal entities and their authorised representatives. Consent to direct marketing may only be given by persons aged 18 or over.
1.4This Policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the Store at least 30 days in advance.

2.1When registering or making a purchase, we collect: name, surname, delivery address, email address, phone number, IP address, order and payment history.

  • courier services (DPD, Venipak) – for order delivery;
  • payment service providers (MakeCommerce) – for payment processing;
  • analytics and marketing service providers – as per the Cookie Policy;
  • accounting, legal and IT service providers – under data processing agreements;
  • government authorities – only as required by law.
3.2Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA. If this changes in the future, we will notify you in advance and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
3.3Data processing agreements are in place with all third parties, obligating them to comply with GDPR requirements.
3.4Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no. 12268475); therefore, the personal information required to execute and confirm the payment will be transmitted to Maksekeskus AS.

6.1We apply technical and organisational security measures including encryption (TLS), access controls and regular security reviews.

6.3In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the State Data Protection Inspectorate within 72 hours, and affected individuals as soon as reasonably possible.
