ODE S.r.l. (Officine di Esino Lario) is an Italian manufacturer of solenoid valves founded in 1960 in Esino Lario, northern Italy. With over 60 years of engineering expertise, ODE supplies fluid control components to more than 60 countries worldwide.

ODE specialises in the design and manufacture of 2/2 and 3/2 way solenoid valves, pneumatic valves, pumps and fluid power systems. Products are designed for water, air, inert gases, steam and food-grade media in industrial automation, process control, food and beverage, medical equipment and water treatment applications.

In 2016, ODE acquired ACL Solenoid Valves; in 2021, the company became part of the CEME Group, reinforcing its manufacturing capacity and global distribution. All ODE products are Made in Italy, certified to ISO 9001, CE, UL, CSA, VDE, ATEX and PED standards.
